![]() ![]() Of course, your model can be as complicated as you want - you can create groups and hide/display them (for example, you might want a full 3d model including a roof but that won't let you see inside very easily, if you group the roof, you can toggle the display (similarly with first/second floors etc). Personal example, I added measurements to only a couple walls just as an example, but you can add them/remove them from wherever you want:Īnother cool thing with sketchup is if you have blueprints in an image format already, you can plop them in to sketchup and then trace over the blueprints to make an easy digital representation, with proper dimensions - it's very handy.
